Shipping & Returns

AIR-ROW manufactures high quality destratification fans with complete customer satisfaction in mind. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, contact your retailer within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product purchase price less any applicable restocking fees. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Products not meeting these criteria may be denied authorization for return. If an exception is made and a factory RMA is issued, there will be a minimum restock fee of 15%. All returns must ship freight prepaid and be accompanied by an RMA number for refund consideration. 

NORMAL OPERATION

AIR-ROW destratification fans are designed to operate with the specified voltage on the data plate. The product is designed to operate in dry areas mounted at heights that restrict access from large debris. The effectiveness of the equipment is dictated by the proper sizing and application of the appliance.  

RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

Email customerservice@airrowfans.com to request an RMA. Include a photo of the item(s) to be returned, model, serial and order numbers, reason for return and your detailed contact information. Please allow 48 hours for a reply email which will include the RMA number and instructions for return. Note that RMAs expire after 30 days of issue & no returns will be processed without an active RMA. Please indicate the RMA number clearly on your paperwork and packaging. Items received without a valid authorization number will be considered abandoned and no refund will be extended. 

REFUNDS

Full inspections will be performed on all returned products. Items received which are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, will be subject to elevating restocking fees and possibly void of any refund. If, after the inspection process is complete, you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Non-product costs, such as outbound shipping, lift gate, call ahead, storage fees, etc. will be deducted from the refunded amount. Standard published shipping rates will be deducted from any item originally purchased with prepaid shipping terms.  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Damaged shipments must be noted when signing for the delivery. If a product arrives damaged or there has been an error in order processing, please have your order and product details available and contact us immediately. If an exchange item is necessary, your receipt of the replacement part will constitute your agreement to return the original item within 15 days. If AIR-ROW does not receive the original part, you will be responsible for payment of the invoiced retail amount of the replacement item. We reserve all rights under law to collect payment for items not returned as specified. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number for refund processing. 

CANCELLED OR REFUSED PRODUCT

If a customer cancels an order after it has shipped, refuses an item from the shipping company or, if the item is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, a restocking fee of 15% and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the merchandise and should return using a traceable shipping method. Shipping insurance is also recommended as AIR-ROW is not responsible for product loss or damage during transit.  

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Special order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Expenses, such as shipping, insurance, lift gate, call ahead, storage fees, etc. are not refundable. For further details or additional information, please contact our service department. customerservice@airrowfans.com or 317-574-1009.
